EMET Documentation

EMET is an AI research co-scientist built for biomedical researchers — designed to query, synthesize, and reason across the scientific databases you already rely on, directly in conversation.

EMET is a conversational AI assistant purpose-built for scientists. Unlike general-purpose AI tools, EMET is connected to a curated set of biomedical databases and literature sources. When you ask a research question, EMET does not rely solely on pre-trained knowledge — it queries live databases, retrieves current data, and cites every claim it makes.

EMET is designed to function as a knowledgeable colleague: one you can ask a quick factual question, hand a complex multi-step analysis, or task with pulling together evidence across multiple data sources into a coherent summary.

How to think about EMET EMET is a co-scientist, not a search engine. It interprets your research question, selects the right data sources, retrieves evidence, and synthesizes findings — the way a domain expert would approach the problem, not just a keyword lookup.
