Get started

Quickstart

The simplest way to get started is to ask EMET what it can help you with. Because EMET's capabilities span many areas of biomedical research, a good first step is to describe your research context and let EMET suggest how it can contribute.

Try this prompt to get started

I work on early drug discovery in oncology and I'm trying to validate a new kinase target. What can you help me with across that workflow?

EMET will respond with a concrete breakdown of where it can contribute — including which databases it would query, what types of analysis it can run, and what outputs it can produce. You can then ask follow-up questions or dive straight into a specific task.

You can also be more direct. If you already know what you need, just ask. EMET understands natural scientific language and handles everything from a short factual lookup to a multi-step analysis.

Tip You do not need to specify which database to query or which method to use. Describe your scientific question in plain language — EMET will determine the appropriate sources and approach, and explain its choices.
